Discount rate 5% max
I 've been checking the discount and price for about a month from December till January, so I can say that savings up to 65% is nonsense. This is not possible. Sooner the equipment rent period comes more expensive rent is. Discount 5% max is applied. I know what I am saying because I'm renting equipment 3rd year in a row. Each year equipment prices grows. Biggest plus of the alpinresorts.com is its easy to use and the service provided in the shop!

A bad experience saved by good customer service. Jervis Skilivery cancelled our booking, less than 20 hours before our ski's where to be delivered, booked through Alpine Resorts. Fortunately for us Alpine Resorts stepped up and reimbursed us the difference between the now last minute local booking and our original amount. Alpine Resorts answered our email quickly and were helpful.

Every year we rent our equipment via Alpinresorts.com and never was disappointed. This year we rented in Val Gardena and prices and equipment quality was top.
